These terms are between Blackbird Logistics (trading as AskZuri), Cape Town, South Africa ("AskZuri", "we") and the business that signs up ("you"). By ordering, you agree to them.
We set up and run an AI receptionist for your business, with the features of your chosen plan (Starter, Growth, Pro or Enterprise) as shown on our pricing page or in your order.
If your assistant doesn't capture at least 10 qualified leads or bookings in the first 60 days after going live, we'll either keep working on it at no monthly charge until it does, or refund your setup fee, whichever you choose. This applies if the assistant is installed on your live website and you've given us the information we asked for during onboarding.
The assistant gives general information from the facts you approve and takes enquiries. It doesn't give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it can occasionally make mistakes. You're responsible for decisions made with your customers. We monitor conversations and improve the assistant, but we can't guarantee every reply is error-free.
You're the controller (under POPIA, the responsible party) of your customers' personal data and we're your processor (operator). Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms. Your data belongs to you, and you can export it at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or business. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Either of us can end the service immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms and doesn't fix it within 14 days. When the service ends, we'll give you an export of your leads and conversations on request, then delete them within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa, and its courts have jurisdiction. Fees are charged in the currency shown on your order.
This template is a starting point. Have a solicitor check it, and fill in the bracketed details, before you rely on it.
